Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a front end engineering role where you will be implementing UX designs within a rapidly evolving single page application, using cutting edge tech, tools and processes.

Our front end tech stacks include:

• JS: React (migrating from Angular), Redux, TypeScript/Flow, RxJS, ES6/7

• Styling/UI Libs: Radium, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI

• Testing: Nightmare, Enzyme, Mocha/Jasmine/Jest, Karma

• Build: Webpack, Yarn

• Workflow/Styleguide: React Storybook

We also plan to use Relay (+ GraphQL) and React Native in the future.

General skills we’re looking for:

• Writing simple/maintainable code to satisfy complex requirements

• Integrating with APIs

• Appreciation for UX (structure, flow and visuals)

• Structuring UI into composable and unit tested components

• Discovering, judging and integrating open-source libs, tools and processes

• Collaborating closely with product designers, backend developers and QA

QA Specialist / Automation Tester

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly committed Automation Test specialist, responsible for driving the Automation and UI Test processes to improve the stability, correctness and performance of the core web application, public APIs and the testing of our internal services, in a fast paced Agile environment. 

What You Will Be Doing 

• Create, execute and maintain automated tests in the designated framework.

• Devise testing strategies and test cases for the Web UI application, public facing API and internal service components.

• Manual/exploratory testing Learn our testing frameworks and recommend improvements.

• Strive to improve solution quality to mitigate production issues.

• Create and manage test environments in-house and/or on AWS. Ensure quality releases in our Web and API platforms.

• Produce quality test case documentation.

• Ensure test case repository is maintained and current.

• Be an active contributing member of a strong, agile team.

• Participate in ping-pong championships. 

Skills and Experience Required 

• Strong UI and API Testing Experience. Cypress, Selenium WebDriver (or tools utilising Selenium WebDriver).

• Testing in Modern Javascript frameworks like Jest, Mocha and Jasmine Competence in requirements analysis and testing.

• Excellent technical and organisational skills. Relational / NoSQL databases.

• Message queues. XML and JSON.

• Experience of FX (Forex) is a plus.

Preferred experience 

• Passionate about the testing community and continuous learning - you keep yourself up to date with what's going on in the industry.

Senior Software Engineer

Job description

• The position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in software engineering and strong design/architecture skills, who is passionate about programming and learning new skills.

   

Roles and Responsibilities 

• As a Senior Java Developer you will be responsible for working on a range of exciting projects related to FX trading.

• You will be co-developing a number of REST services and integration components that bridge our React frontend and backend microservices.

• The position will span connecting to external partner systems and handling the internal currency conversion business logic, all the way to helping our business clients integrate and harness the power of our APIs.
