2. 第二阶段：MRA + B2B 通信（3-4 周）
MRA 全流程：Jabber 在外网 → DNS SRV 发现 Expressway-E → HTTPS 穿越到 Expressway-C → CUCM 认证（OAuth token）→ 注册成功。每一步都可能出题。B2B：Expressway-E 上配 SIP B2B search rule + transform、H.323 gatekeeper 模式、带宽管理（zone bandwidth limits）。排障重点：证书错误（SAN 字段不匹配）和防火墙端口（8443 没开）是两大高频故障原因。

Preparation tips
- **Expressway Lab 必须搭** — 没有 Expressway 实操经验纯背概念，MRA 和 B2B 排障题必挂。CML 或 VMware Workstation 跑两台 Expressway OVA 即可。
- **证书是第一高频考点** — SAN 字段、trust chain、CA vs self-signed、证书续期流程，至少 5-8 道题和证书相关。
- **120 分钟 65 题** — 有 GUI Sim 题让你在 Expressway Web UI 上操作。前面选择题压到 90 秒/题给 Sim 留空间。
Common mistakes
- **Expressway-C 和 Expressway-E 角色搞反** — Expressway-C 在内网（traversal client），Expressway-E 在 DMZ（traversal server）。证书要求不同：E 需要公网 CA 证书（给外部客户端验证），C 可以用内部 CA。配反了 MRA 和 B2B 全不通。
- **MRA 的 DNS SRV 记录名记错** — 外部 Jabber 发现 Expressway-E 用的是 `_collab-edge._tls.domain.com`，不是 `_sip._tls` 或 `_cisco-uds._tcp`。三个 SRV 记录用途完全不同，混用会导致客户端连错服务。
- **Hybrid Call Service Connect vs Aware 区别** — **Connect**：通话走 on-prem 路径（CUCM → PSTN），Webex App 上的"呼叫"按钮触发 CUCM 回拨。**Aware**：只在 Webex App 里显示在线状态和一键呼叫按钮，通话本身不经过 on-prem。考题经常给场景问"用哪种模式"，混了就错。
- **防火墙端口需求记不全** — Expressway-C → Expressway-E 穿越用 **TCP 7001 (SIP)** 和 **TCP 2222 (traversal media)**；Expressway-E 对外用 **TCP 8443 (HTTPS/MRA)** 和 **TCP 5061 (SIP TLS B2B)**。最常漏开 2222 导致"信令通但没声音"。

日常管 30+ 间会议室的 Cisco Room Kit + Expressway 对。考 CLCEI 最难的是 证书链排障 — Expressway-E 的 SAN 字段必须包含 Expressway-E FQDN + collab-edge SRV 记录的域名，漏一个 MRA 就断。真考 2 道排障题都围绕证书展开。建议把 Expressway Admin Guide 的 Certificate 章节逐字读完。
