CompTIA Project+（PK0-005）是 CompTIA 在 2022 年 10 月发布的项目管理入门认证，专为不以 PM 为全职的 IT 从业者设计。和 PMP 那种 36 个月经验门槛 + 180 题折磨不同，Project+ 的定位是"IT 工程师兼职带项目时需要的最少项目管理常识"。
考试规格：最多 95 题 / 90 分钟 / 710 分通过（满分 900），题型只有单选和多选，考试费 $358 USD，Pearson VUE 线下或在线监考。认证有效期 3 年，可以通过 CE（Continuing Education）续期 — 注意这和旧版 PK0-004"终身有效"不同，这是 2022 年改版后的新规。
PK0-005 相比 PK0-004 的最大变化是大幅增加敏捷（Agile）和混合（Hybrid）内容。CompTIA 把考试分成 4 个 domain：

PK0-005 的真实定位是"PMP 的 1/4 难度 + 无经验门槛"。它不会让你成为合格的项目经理，但可以让你在跨职能会议里听懂 PM 说的"我们需要把这个 CR 走变更控制流程"是什么意思。对于想在 IT 岗位里争取带小项目机会、或者为将来考 CAPM/PMP 打基础的人，这是一张低成本的起步证书。

1. 第一阶段：过一遍官方四大 domain（1-2 周）
直接用 CompTIA 官方 Exam Objectives PDF（PK0-005 版）对照教材走一遍。推荐 Sybex 的《CompTIA Project+ Study Guide PK0-005》或 Mike Meyers 的 Udemy 课程。重点吃透 Initiating / Planning / Executing / Closing 每个阶段的交付物名称（Charter、WBS、Gantt、Risk Register、Issue Log、Lessons Learned）— 考试大量考"这个场景应该产出哪个文档"。
2. 第二阶段：敏捷与混合方法论恶补（3-5 天）
PK0-005 相比 PK0-004 新增了大量敏捷内容，这也是老学员最容易翻车的地方。重点搞清楚：Scrum 三个角色（PO / SM / Dev Team）、四个会议（Sprint Planning / Daily Standup / Review / Retro）、三个工件（Product Backlog / Sprint Backlog / Increment）；Kanban 的 WIP limit 和拉式系统；SAFe 的 PI Planning 概念。不需要精通，但场景题里看到 "Sprint / Backlog / PO" 要立刻切换到敏捷思维。
3. 第三阶段：工具文档背诵（3-5 天）
这一块 19% 的分数基本是送分题，但需要死记硬背。重点：RACI 矩阵（Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed 各自含义，尤其 R 和 A 的区别 — 一个任务只能有一个 A）、甘特图 vs 网络图 vs PERT 图 的用途差异、**关键路径法（CPM）**的计算（float = LS - ES）、PERT 三点估算公式 (O + 4M + P) / 6。
4. 第四阶段：刷题 + 模考（1-2 周）
用 MeasureUp 官方题库或 Jason Dion 的 Udemy PK0-005 practice exam（$15 左右 6 套题）。目标是模考稳定 80%+ 再去考 — Project+ 题目比 PMP 直白得多，大多是定义题和简单场景题，没有那么多 mindset 陷阱。重点关注错题里的敏捷部分和 IT 治理合规部分（GDPR / HIPAA / SOX 各自管什么）。
Career value
先说结论：Project+ 在 IT 圈的认可度远不如 PMP，但也不是废证。
在澳洲招聘市场上搜 "CompTIA Project+"，你会发现结果不到 PMP 的 1/20。真实情况是：几乎没有哪个 JD 会把 Project+ 写成 Required，它更多是作为 "Nice to have" 或者在政府/国防承包商的招标条件里出现（因为美国联邦政府的 DoD 8570 合规清单里把 Project+ 列为批准证书之一，这是它在北美存活的主要原因）。
真正适合考 Project+ 的三类人：
- 已经在 IT 岗位工作 1-3 年、开始被 PM 拉去做 coordinator 的工程师：你还没到 PMP 报名门槛（36 个月 PM 经验），也不想背 PMBOK 第七版 370 页。花 2-3 周过一遍 Project+ 基础概念，能让你在会议里不再一脸懵。
- 美国联邦政府或国防承包商的 IT 员工：DoD 8570 合规要求特定岗位持有批准证书，Project+ 是其中成本最低的选项之一。这是它在美国依然有人考的主要原因。
- 打算一路考 CAPM → PMP 的入门者：把 Project+ 当作 PMP 预习课，PK0-005 新增的敏捷内容和 PMP 的 ECO 有 60% 重合度。
薪资数据别看花眼
上面的薪资表是 IT Project Coordinator / Junior PM 岗位的普遍中位数，不是考了 Project+ 就能拿到这个薪资。Project+ 本身的薪资溢价约 5-10%，远不如 PMP 的 25-33%。如果你已经 3 年以上 PM 经验，请直接跳过 Project+ 去考 PMP，ROI 差距巨大。
不适合考 Project+ 的人：
- 已经满足 PMP 报名条件的人：同样花钱花时间，PMP 的市场认可度是 Project+ 的 10 倍以上，直接考 PMP。
- 纯敏捷团队成员：如果你 100% 在 Scrum 里，PSM I（$200，在线考，Scrum.org 出）比 Project+ 更对口，也更便宜。
- 完全不做项目管理工作的人：比如纯后端开发、不带团队、不接触项目交付，这证对你的简历没有任何作用。
- 想用证书转行进大公司 PM 岗的人：大厂 PM 岗几乎都要 PMP 或实际经验，Project+ 过不了简历关。

Preparation tips
- **95 题 / 90 分钟，平均每题 57 秒** — 比 PMP（76 秒/题）紧得多。不会的立刻 mark 跳过，最后回头看，不要在一道题上卡超过 90 秒。
- **多选题会明确告诉你"选 2 个"或"选 3 个"** — 和 PMP 的"选出所有正确项"不同，PK0-005 多选题数量是固定的，看清楚题干括号里的数字。
- **场景题先判断是预测式还是敏捷** — 看到 WBS / baseline / CCB 就是预测式思维；看到 Sprint / backlog / retrospective 就切换到敏捷思维。答错方法论方向必挂。
- **关键路径法送分题必拿** — 给你一张网络图让你算关键路径或 float，这是每次考试都会出的固定题型。记住 float = LS - ES = LF - EF，关键路径上 float = 0。
- **沟通渠道公式 n(n-1)/2** — 和 PMP 一样，PK0-005 也爱考这个公式，n 是干系人数量。送分题必拿。
- **遇到不确定的选"最标准 / 最官方"的选项** — Project+ 考的是 CompTIA 认可的"理想化项目管理流程"，不是现实中的权宜之计。有走流程的选项就选走流程的。
- **考完立刻设 3 年续证提醒** — PK0-005 不再像 PK0-004 那样终身有效，3 年内要通过 CE（Continuing Education）累计 30 小时或考更高级证书续期，忘记续会失效。
Common mistakes
- **混淆项目生命周期 vs 产品生命周期** — Project life cycle 是 Initiating / Planning / Executing / Closing，有明确的开始和结束；Product life cycle 是 Introduction / Growth / Maturity / Decline，跨越多个项目。考试经常用这个点挖坑。
- **Risk Register vs Issue Log 不分** — Risk register 是"可能发生"的事（含概率、影响、应对策略），issue log 是"已经发生"的问题（含 owner、解决时间）。场景题里"已经出问题了"必选 issue log，"可能有风险"必选 risk register。
- **Communication Plan 里漏了 stakeholder 分析** — PK0-005 特别喜欢考 stakeholder register 和 communication plan 的关系。正确流程是：先识别 stakeholder → 做 power/interest 分析 → 根据分析结果决定沟通频率和方式 → 写进 communication plan。
- **Scope Creep 处理答成"直接拒绝"** — 客户提新需求时，正确答案永远是"走 change control process / 提交 change request / 评估对 scope-schedule-cost 的影响"，绝对不是"立刻拒绝"或"立刻答应"。任何选项里写 "immediately approve" 或 "immediately reject" 都是错的。
- **Change Control Process 的步骤顺序记反** — 标准顺序：Submit Change Request → Log in Change Log → Evaluate Impact → CCB Review → Approve/Reject → Update Baseline → Communicate。考试经常问"下一步应该做什么"，记不住顺序就全乱。
- **把 Agile 的 Retrospective 和 Lessons Learned 混淆** — Retrospective 是 Scrum 里每个 Sprint 结束做的，频繁且聚焦最近一个 sprint；Lessons Learned 是项目收尾阶段做的，覆盖整个项目周期。
- **忽略 PK0-005 新增的 IT 合规部分** — GDPR（欧盟数据隐私）、HIPAA（美国医疗数据）、SOX（萨班斯法案，财务审计）、PCI-DSS（支付卡），每个的适用范围要分清。这是 PK0-004 没有的新内容。
