1. 第一阶段：Scrum Guide 2020 精读（3-5 天）
Scrum Guide 2020 只有 13 页（scrum.org 免费下载），但每句话都可能出题。重点理解：Scrum 的三大支柱（Transparency/Inspection/Adaptation）、三个角色的职责边界（尤其是 Developers 的自组织范围）、五个 Event 的目的和时间箱。PSD I 的 Scrum 基础题跟 PSM I 完全一样，这部分必须满分。
2. 第二阶段：软件工程实践专项（1-2 周）
TDD 红绿重构：写一个失败的测试（Red）→ 写最少代码让测试通过（Green）→ 重构代码（Refactor）。考试会考 TDD 三步的正确顺序和每步的目的。CI/CD：持续集成的 4 个条件（共享代码库、自动化构建、自动化测试、频繁提交）必须背。结对编程的 Driver/Navigator 角色区分也是考点。

- **Definition of Done 是跨领域考点** — Scrum 基础和工程实践都会考 DoD 的定义、维护责任（Developers 决定）、和质量标准的关系。
