PSD I 与 PSM I 的核心区别：PSM I 100% 考 Scrum 框架知识（Scrum Guide 2020），PSD I 约 50% 考 Scrum 框架 + 50% 考软件工程最佳实践。工程实践部分覆盖：TDD（Test-Driven Development，红绿重构循环）、CI/CD（持续集成的定义和实施条件）、结对编程（Pair Programming 的适用场景和反模式）、代码审查（Code Review 的有效实践）、技术债务管理（识别和偿还策略）、Definition of Done 与代码质量标准。

考试的难点在于 85% 的通过线 + 60 分钟的时间压力。80 题 60 分钟 = 每题 45 秒，没有回头检查的时间。Scrum.org 的考试风格是：题目本身不长，但选项之间的区别很微妙 — 经常两个选项都"基本正确"，要选"最 Scrum"的那个。

PSD I 没有工作经验要求，理论上任何人都可以考。但如果完全没有软件开发经验，TDD 和 CI/CD 的实践题会很难答。

在实际招聘中，PSM I（Scrum Master）的认可度远高于 PSD I（Developer）。原因很简单：Scrum Master 是一个独立角色需要认证来证明资质，而 Developer 的能力通过代码面试和项目经验来评估。

Scrum Guide 2020 只有 13 页（scrum.org 免费下载），但每句话都可能出题。重点理解：Scrum 的三大支柱（Transparency/Inspection/Adaptation）、三个角色的职责边界（尤其是 Developers 的自组织范围）、五个 Event 的目的和时间箱。PSD I 的 Scrum 基础题跟 PSM I 完全一样，这部分必须满分。

第二阶段：软件工程实践专项（1-2 周）

TDD 红绿重构：写一个失败的测试（Red）→ 写最少代码让测试通过（Green）→ 重构代码（Refactor）。考试会考 TDD 三步的正确顺序和每步的目的。CI/CD：持续集成的 4 个条件（共享代码库、自动化构建、自动化测试、频繁提交）必须背。结对编程的 Driver/Navigator 角色区分也是考点。
