匠人合作推出的Software Engineer实习项目能够充分为实习生们通过对项目的修改与开发提升自己的专业水平和实操技巧，在真实的工作环境中学会团队合作，伴随着导师的指导逐步成为一名可以独当一面的职业人员。得到了实习经验的你们解决了简历空白的尴尬，拿到了进入行业的敲门砖，也不再惧怕庞大的市场竞争。

实习岗位和内容：

Backend Software Engineer

1. Write the backend part of software based on the UI design and business requirements, design the database structure, and provide APIs for frontend developers to integrate
2. Modify the existing projects as required
3. Use Ruby on Rails or Python or JAVA or Node.js to develop the backend systems
4. Cooperate with frontend developers to integrate the systems
5. Maintain and optimize the existing projects
6. Understand the basic operations of Linux, and deploy the backend system onto the Linux servers
7. Trace the causes of the crash when the crash occurs
8. Be familiar with CI/CD, configure the CI/CD tasks

面向学生：

1. 经过系统的学习并掌握了以上岗位所需技能的相关专业在校生或毕业生；
2. 能够自觉学习，对工作认真负责，有较强的解决问题的能力的同学；
3. 参加过匠人Web入门班／全栈班培训的学员，有一定的软件运用能力的同学。

实习基本概况

1. 为期十二周的商业项目实习，兼职岗位

2. 地理位置覆盖：悉尼（可远程参加实习）

3. 实习结束时，项目公司会根据学员表现提供绩效评估、推荐信和完成证书

4. 实习培训生可能会有远程和Onsite开会，与Stakeholder面对面

3个月兼职(每周三天)实习，

包含就职前培训，求职培训，简历修改，模拟面试，全方位就业解答

项目实习：$ 3300 inc GST (每月$1000)
