Century Securities (Shiji Zhengquan) is a full-service national securities company headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Originally established in 1990 as Jiangxi Province Securities Company, it was renamed Century Securities in 2001 after restructuring approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). In 2019, Qianhai Financial Holdings and Xiamen ITG jointly acquired the company, marking a new chapter. The company has since relocated to Shenzhen Qianhai with registered capital increased from 700 million to 4 billion RMB and net assets exceeding 5 billion RMB. Century Securities operates over 60 branch offices nationwide, providing comprehensive securities services including brokerage, investment advisory, underwriting, asset management, and margin financing.
