Navitas is one of the world's largest private education providers, delivering educational services to over 70,000 learners annually across more than 120 colleges and campuses in 33 countries. Originally founded in Australia, Navitas specialises in university pathway programs, professional education, and language training, partnering with universities globally to deliver accredited courses that help students gain entry into degree programs. Navitas employs approximately 6,000 staff across its global network and was taken private by a consortium led by BGH Capital in 2019 after previously being listed on the ASX. Its Australian operations remain a core part of the business, with major partnerships with universities including the University of Melbourne, Western Sydney University, and others.
