How it works
- Pick your situation: student, working, changing careers, or not sure yet.
- Answer a few questions. For a specific role, go through the requirements its role page lists and mark each one: I have it, not yet, or not sure.
- Your result builds up on the right. Every line says what it is based on, and anything that can't be judged yet says what would show it.
What the result contains
- Suggested directions: 2–3, each with the reason and main requirements
- Where you are · where you want to go: each line with its source
- What's missing: grouped as skill, evidence, experience, expression and positioning
- Suggested plan: sized to the hours you have each week
- Make it more accurate: upload a resume, compare with a real job ad, take a short quiz
