Behavioural Questions(第二面) 说说你对我们公司的了解? 你是如何处理冲突的?有不同观点的时候你是怎么处理的? 有没有过沮丧的时候? 在现在这个变化很快的环境中，你是如何保持学习的动力不断学习新的技术? 你如何理解integrity? 你对我们公司的culture有什么了解? 你认为我们为什么要hire你? 未来5-10年的规划如何和同事进行合作?
