这个面试环节很smooth,面试官会根据我的简历有针对性的提问，特别是工作经验这个部分问的比较多。简单总结一下：1.个人背景介绍，经手的项目是什么2为什么选择德勤，为什么你认为你适合这个工作？ 3.离开之前的公司的原因是什么？4.你的未来3--4年的工作计划是什么？你打算怎么做才能达到这个目标？ 5.Code:python和java的概念问题6.你是如何应对临时性计划变更的？7.你是如何和团队的人进行互动的? 8.你的strengths和weaknesses是什么？和面试官相处的很愉快，大家不要怕，自信的展示自己的技能是什么，positive attitude does matter.
