一共2轮，第一轮是phone interview,第二轮是behaviour interview + case study, 一共半个小时。Case难度有点大要多多练习。复盘一下面试官的所有问题：自我介绍，个人基本背景情况，我的个人特点是什么。为什么要选择咨询行业作为职业的开始，对EY的了解程度，对EY工作的期待是什么，Case study是一个关于电商的问题，为了实现客户收入增长15-20%的目标，从产品类型和产品种类方向上，如何减少库存天数。你的建议和方案是什么，你的方案会对客户经营和盈利带了什么提升和意义。
