我是员工内推去面试的，所以中间跳过了电话面试，直接和经理，还有team lead面试。面试的时候他们主要问了我过去的一些项目经验和工作经历，中间遇到了什么样的困难，是怎么克服和解决掉的，从中收获了是什么，最后的结果是什么。我觉得面试难度整体还行，不是很难，我中间花费了将近3个周的时间（从接到内推消息到面试结果），虽然周期有些长，但是面试结果还是不错的。
