整个面试环节问了挺多C语言的基础知识，和财务方面的问题。根据招聘要求，这个岗位涉及到定制ERP系统，所以面试官在问过往项目经历的时候，问了挺多ERP系统的问题。虽然招聘要求上没有限制专业背景，但是个人认为IT背景或者其他理工类背景会更有优势一些。另外印象比较深的是，面试官问了team work的问题，主要是考察和团队的协作能力，处理复杂问题的能力，应对能力和反应能力。大概就是这些。
