2021 Graduate Program
Job Description
Our graduate program has been designed with the objective of giving you broad exposure to our business. You will therefore work with a diverse pool of talented and experienced people as well as gain exposure to our valued customers. You will be supported & developed by a manager, a mentor and a buddy. The training you receive will combine both group & self-paced development.
The Supply Chain roles will be based at one of our manufacturing sites (Echuca (Vic), Bathurst (NSW), Kelso (NSW), Devonport (Tas), Ulverstone (Tas) or at our headquarters in Mentone, Melbourne. All other roles will be based in Mentone.
We operate in a COVID safe environment therefore, at times you may be required to work from home.

To be eligible for our graduate program you have:
- completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 2 years of the program start date (e.g. in either 2019, 2020 or January 2021)
- achieved a credit average (65% or higher).
- be available to commence in mid January 2021
- are an Australian or NZ citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting this application
Your academic background should include:
- Supply Chain: Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce or Engineering
- Commcial: Marketing, Business or Communication
- Innovation & Growth: Food Technology or Food Science
- Finance: Accounting or Finance (Applicants should have the desire to complete their CPA)
