Job Description
- Processing and management of accounts payable using Netsuite Accounting software across a number of different businesses across Australia
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Management of supplier payments including regular communication with suppliers
- Bank and Corporate Credit Card reconciliations
- Assist in the management of Accounts Receivable including preparation of invoices
Job Requirement
- Proficiency and experience with Accounting Software – Xero & Netsuite experience highly regarded.
- Solid IT skills
- Great communicator both verbally and written
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial principles and practices
- Ability to use good judgement and initiative within the workplace
- Outstanding organisation skills and ability to prioritise your work and be flexible
- Ensuring compliance with group policies regarding approval of invoices and payments
