Administration Assistant

About the Role:

Working within a busy clinic that sees over 100 patients per day, you will provide exceptional levels of patient care and demonstrate a high level of customer service.  Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the admission and discharging of patients
• Making appointments in a timely and empathic manner
• Processing Medicare billing for patients
• Provide assistance with the reception, patient chart assembly and general filing

The successful candidate will ideally present with:

• Previous experience in busy medical practice reception
• Medicare billing experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with patients in a professional and empathetic manner
• High attention to detail with strong time management skills
