Job Description
- Managing stock uploads in Auction Management System
- Creating sales for Project Managers/BDM’s for items to go up for sale on Grays website.
- Processing vendor payments via Account sale process
- Processing customer refunds & manual buyer invoicing.
- Assisting with post-sale reporting for the Accounts team.
- Assisting Business Development Managers with stock management reporting.
Job Requirement
- 1-2 years Administrative experience
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel ability
- Excellent attention to detail essential
- Strong ability to adhere to tight deadlines
