Job Description
- Support the LMS systems specifically Corner Stone On Demand system
- Assess the requirements of the L&DO and recommend / train the L&DO team to utilise CSOD to its fullest potential.
- Help the L&DO team to document processes / work instruction for creating additional leaning modules, use reporting capabilities in CSOD
- Manage the technical administration of the system.
- Keep up with the various requirements from the CSOD vendor in terms of technical changes.
- Follow OCMS change process for any changes.
- Our employees are notified by their manager or delegate that they are rostered to accept phones calls and attend a callout should there be a critical failure of systems or other operational matter requiring their expertise within the rostered hours specified (generally but not limited to 6pm to 7am).
- Our employee our requested to attend a Metro site for an emergency situation as per standard business processes outside normal working hours (generally but not limited to 6pm to 7am).
Job Requirement
- Postgraduate qualification in computing or business management desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in LMS systems, specifically CSOD or others
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of L&DO requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of overall HR practices.
- Manage all aspects of the role independently and keep management fully informed of progress, financials, risks and issues
