Job Description
- Reporting directly to the Financial Services Manger
- Process weekly payroll for the casual on hired staff
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports (payroll, sales, profitability, debtors)
- Debt collection & client activation's
- Supporting the franchisees with accounts requests and queries
- Supporting National Office finance team
Job Requirement
- Bachelors or post graduate degree in Finance/Accounting
- Previous experience within a corporate environment in an Assistant Accountant or similar role
- Understanding of Problem-Solving methodology
- Experience with processing of high-volume payroll
- Experience with debt collection
- Strong data interrogation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & advanced Excel skill level
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and follow-up
