Job Description
The Role
We are seeking applications for this full-time, ongoing position to commence as soon as possible.
The Assistant Accountant role is part of the Finance Team and is responsible for providing support to the School and the Director (Finance & Risk) with the day to day operation of the School’s financial and accounting functions, processes and reporting.
This includes producing and contributing to regular monthly reporting functions, compilation of and reporting against the School’s budget and assisting with reporting and processes to ensure that the School meets all financial regulatory and reporting requirements.
As a member of the School’s support staff, the Assistant Accountant is also responsible for the quality and management of their own work in line with School expectations.
Job Requirement
It will be an advantage if you can demonstrate:
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a daily basis
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to think innovatively and solve problems
Qualifications in Accounting or CA / CPA or progress towards one of these qualifications would be highly regarded.
