Assoc Director

* Developing a framework for monitoring and managing 5G coverage and CX
* Leveraging 5G coverage information for commercial decision-making
* Owning the end to end 5G Service Qualification (SQ) process
* Improving the processes related to 5G capacity management
* Developing customer insights
* Mapping and visualisation of 5G coverage
* Supporting the use of coverage data for marketing campaigns
* Delivering breakthrough innovation related to Coverage and CX

* Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in relevant industry (consumer telecommunications experience preferred)
* Data and analytics management skills and experience from concept to execution
* Telecommunication experience preferred
* Engineering background could be an advantage
* Ability to influence across a senior audience
* Ability to create & execute strategic objectives and plans
* Proactive in reporting progress to senior Management and cross-functional teams
* Commercially focused, drives for profit
* Highly analytical and with the ability to use date to persuade and drive decisions
* Demonstrates financial & commercial acumen
