We are looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer with DevOps experience who can manage CI/CD pipelines and containerised applications. The role will need to work with the development and support teams to deploy applications and updates in new and existing environments.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Design, secure and optimise containerised and traditional cloud application environments.
- Develop scripted deployments and utilise automated deployment tools.
- Monitor and manage infrastructure to support 24/7 availability and respond to operational incidents.
- Work with a fast-paced team delivering tight development deadlines.
- Support an ISO27001 compliant environment with a diverse range of new and existing applications.
Job Requirement
Skills and experience
Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AWS cloud services and/or relevant AWS certification such as SysOps Administrator Associate.
- Experience with cloud security, networking, computation, storage, and application integration components.
- Tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline.
- Experience with any DevOps tool (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, CloudFormation, Azure Pipelines).
- Experience in working with project teams to deliver web and application solutions.
- Experience with Linux CLI tools.
Desirable
- Be and AWS Accredited or certified professional.
- Experience in Azure cloud services and Azure AD.
- Experience with Testing Automation.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML.
- Solid understanding of the full development process and Agile (Scrum & Kanban) methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence suite of tools.
