Business Administration Officer - Traineeship
Job Description
Challenge Employment and Training is recruiting for a Business Administration Traineeship opportunity (so you need to be eligible) - offered at full-time for 12-month contract.
We are looking for dynamic and customer focused individuals who can be part of the Registered Training Organisation team whilst supporting other areas of the business.
Job Requirement
1.Archiving, uploading and filing
2.Data entry and cross checking information
3.Incoming call management; reception back up
4.Maintaining and updating database information
5.Liaising with students and trainers to gather materials and resources
6.Ad hoc support to other administration functions including reception, workbook collation, employer packs, promotional materials, photocopying, event supports, printing and filing
What you need to be successful
1.Eligible for a Traineeship (not already have a certificate III in Business)
2.Quick learner, able to work to achieve outcomes
3.Not easily flustered; you can work under pressure
4.Excellent typing skills; you are fast!
5.High level of time management and organisational skills
6.Strong attention to detail; you need it!
7.Customer focused; you go the extra mile!
8.Self starter; you set your own goals and work toward them
