Business Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on our Superior Retirement Program to deliver a market leading retirement product. To be successful in this program it is essential that you have experience within the superannuation sector and specific experience working or pension/retirement products. Working as part of a highly skilled and successful BA practice you will be able to demonstrate proven experience in using business analysis techniques including: elicitation, documentation, interviewing techniques, conducting workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, traceability and business scenarios.
Job Requirement
You will excel at identifying key stakeholders and SME’s across the organisation and elicit requirements to support the success of the Program. It is expected that you will have extensive experience working in an Agile environment and have a core understanding of user journey’s and UX principles and experience in writing Themes, Epics and User Stories/ Use Cases.
You will have a proven background working as a technical/system business analyst with proven experience working on web/portal related projects.
