Job Description
- Owning the reporting suite – development/ improvement of reporting tools/dashboards and ways of measuring performance;
- Identifying and analysing opportunities to improve processes;
- Developing financial models and business cases to support management decisions;
- Conducting competitor and internal benchmarking and trend analysis;
- Documenting and mapping end-to-end processes and recommending future state processes;
Job Requirement
- Experience in process-mapping in service / people-based sectors;
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and Visio is highly regarded;
- Experience in the Aged Care and/or health sector preferred;
- Ability to draw insight from data and identify process-improvement opportunities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
