Job Description

Inform the vision, strategy and product roadmap for your service area.
Understand the product in depth and be able to provide solutions and prove the value in the overall process, product and business timeline.
Identify and scope potential new developments based on feedback from stakeholders and work with the management group to prioritise and obtain approval for development activities.
Research, troubleshoot, diagnose and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
Work with business stakeholders to define and translate strategic business ideas into requirements, product stories and acceptance criteria.
Bring requirements to action: building sound requirements, which are actionable, engineered to work and can be easily adopted by customers.
Work with Business, Product, Engineering and UX teams to build out functionality, usability and features of product.
Formulate formal proposals and roadmap presentations for reporting to teams, key stakeholder groups as well as executives.

5+ years’ experience working in business analysis and/or product development
Proactive approach with an inquisitive mindset.
Ability to research and analyse data and interpret them to inform business decisions.
A good theoretical understanding of platform and solution architecture (e.g .Net, C#)
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications (technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development a plus)
Specific experience in lead acquisition and sales and/or payment gateway, finance and back-office operations (highly desirable)
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
