Are you a recent graduate or in your final year of study ?

 

Our client a fast growing national company in Brisbane are seeking Graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in sales! They will provide full sales training as well as fast tracked career promotions and they offer a highly competitive Graduate salary.

 

This is a full time, permanent role starting as a Customer Success, Sales Representative on a salary of $60k plus super and your role (subject to your performance) will progress in 6 months time into a pure Business Development Role paying $65k plus super and commissions. (OTE $80K).

 

In the Customer Success Sales Representative role you will spend approximately 50% of your time in the office managing newly converted clients by phone and email and your

role will be to chase up internal teams to ensure sales order fulfilment and you will keep the client engaged during the fulfilment process and arrange for delivery and demonstration of the product. The remainder of your time will be spent out on site with the client, delivering the product, giving demonstrations on its usage and training staff on it and being on hand for any initial questions or issues.

 

The Business Development role will involve managing and developing business via phone & face to face. You will be expected to mainly be out on the road meeting clients daily, building rapport, presenting the product, use sales techniques to persuade clients to invest, discuss and negotiate sales terms, update the crm system with clients details, work to KPI'S, Complete reporting and hand over the client orders to the Customer Success, Sales Representative for process & fulfilment.

Job Requirement

To be successful you will be :-

 

  • A recent or potential future graduate, a Business Degree or similar is preferred .
  • You will be ambitious, hungry and driven to succeed and you are open to learning and looking to build upon your work experience gained so far.
  • It is important that you have already had some work experience in retail or customer service or sales environments (Ideally at least a year)
  • You can show that you are confident interacting with customers face to face and responsive to their needs.
  • You will be an excellent written and spoken communicator,
  • Be organised and able to work well in busy environments
  • You will also be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook.

 

Note:- the hours of work will vary in the Customer Success Sales Representative role and will involve work during the week Monday to Friday as well as some definite hours on the weekend which can includes lunchtimes (11am-3pm) or evening (5-8pm ) If you are still studying your degree a 4 day per week commitment can be accommodated incorporating weekends. Weekend & early evening work will likely only be required for the first 6 months. Your hours will be more standard 9am-5pm ( with some flex) once you move into the Business Development Role.
