Job Requirement
What are we looking for?
As Business Intelligence Analyst at Cover Genius you will be a key figure in helping the business make data driven decisions. Your role will utilise a blend of stakeholder management, data wrangling and data visualisation expertise. Key responsibilities will be to partner with various departments, understanding departmental objectives and using previously uncleansed data to turn into insights to support decision making processes.

What the ideal profile looks like
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence/Business Analyst role or equivalent
- Advanced SQL knowledge, with a focus on reporting and analytics
- Possess a high attention to detail, embrace challenges, eagerness to learn and a growth mindset
- Highly organised, good time management and able to produce deliverables on time
- Strong communication skills - ability to take complexity and communicate it in a clear, concise and logical manner
Nice to have
- Proficient in one of the BI products (Tableau / Looker / Power BI etc..)
- Python coding skills
- Insurance background
