Job Description
- Create and maintain the process management strategy, frameworks, models, standards and templates
- Create process models, maps and knowledge content for current and future state
- Identify process improvements and support change management activities to implement those improvements
- Conduct benefits measurement and reporting
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with RACQ and external stakeholders
Job Requirement
- Minimum university degree, diploma or equivalent in related study area and / or 3-5 years relevant business experience
- Experience with working on general insurance products considered mandatory
- Advanced skills in BPMN 2.0 and Microsoft Visio. (Experience with Nintex Promapp would be a great advantage)
- Ability to analyse and synthesise data/information
- Proven strong communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of how processes work cross-functionally
- Working knowledge of common continuous improvement and process management methodologies and business architecture disciplines
