Job Description
- Manage and update a database of all medically restricted employees within the Assessment catchment/region
- Investigate new claims for compensation
- Determine claims for compensation in respect of lost earnings and medical expenses
- Issue determinations and other written correspondence
- Management of treatment programs
- Liaise with health and rehabilitation professionals
- Process workers compensation wages
Job Requirement
- Prior experience in applying injury management legislation and policy to workplace injuries
- Experience with interpreting medical evidence
- Experience with synthesising multiple data sources to make determinations on claims
- Experience with the use of SAP to process payments
