Client Services Assistant (Accounting)
Job Description
We are looking for a Client Services Assistant to support the Client Services Manager on a Part-time basis with:
- Scanning;
- Filing;
- Taking incoming phone calls;
- Printing & binding;
- Relief of reception duties as required;
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on various matters;
- ABN/TFN/GST/PAYG applications;
- Assistance with adherence to lodgement program to help firm meet benchmarks;
- Maintenance of client information on in house database, ASIC, ATO and ABR;
- Assistance with SMSF administration;
- Assistance with ASIC administration;
- New entity set ups and execution documentation;
- Assistance with sending documents to clients for signatures using digital platforms.
Job Requirement
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in a similar role, or a recent graduate or final year Accounting student with some internship experience.
