Computer Technician / Help Desk
Job Description
We are presently looking for a computer technician with strong customer service skills and good communication skills to join us in our office at Toorak road Camberwell. We will provide you with all the necessary tools and technical knowledge. Additional training will be ongoing.
Job Requirement

• Confident with ability to troubleshoot various IT repair issues
• Customer focused, friendly and well presented.
• Organised, energetic & driven individual able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work autonomously with multiple repairs at once
• Punctual, reliable and resourceful
• Handling inbound calls from new or existing clients
• Obtain customer details and note down nature of the issue
• Schedule appointments with the right technician for the job
• Resolve customer concerns and post service queries
• Provide friendly service to both onsite and walk-in customers
Suitable Requirements:
· Solid, working knowledge of operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, IOS and Android.
· Solid, working knowledge of multiple hardware diagnostic programs
· Sound troubleshooting skills with various hardware and software issues
· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
