Customer Care Specialist
Job Description
The primary focus will be to provide retention strategies to existing customers by managing all escalated cases. This role will include the ability to handle complex investigations, communicate effectively and formulate procedural fairness throughout the entire decision making process. Ideally you are an analytical problem solver and persuasive communicator for thinking outside the box for creative solutions.
