Customer Services Internship
Job Description
This role will involve outbound calls, receiving inbound calls from clients and all general enquiries will be expected to be solved by you. You will be expected to follow up with current clients and guide them with their enrolment applications and assist in preparation for their visa lodgement.
We will also be providing a training sessions for the interns. Session topics including:
1. CRMs. The features and implementation of the existing CRM of the company will be explained.
2. WordPress. How the website works from the backend and how you can effectively to get the maximum out of your website
3. Social Media Marketing. Various tools on social media and how to use them effectively
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in a telephone and email based customer service and sales is favourable but not essential.
- Organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a team environment
- Excellent verbal communication
- Available for a minimum of 3 days per week
- Tech-savvy, good knowledge of social media platforms, and knowing their way around Microsoft Excel and be quick to learn the CRM (if needed).
