Receipt, processing, cleaning & uploading data received from our Partners - ETL processes working with Tableau Conductor & Microsoft SQL databases.

- Training and support of Sales colleagues throughout the Sales processes utilizing SalesForce.

- Automation of existing processes through digital transformation and partnering with IT.

- Visualization of datasets for Sales incentive in Tableau and highlighting key areas of business improvement across Digital Industries.

- Applying latest best in class analytics solutions & methods - Python/R and statistical Machine Learning.

Adopting best practice CRM features and the corresponding roll out to business users.

- Surveying customers via transactional net promotor scores & driving feedback and actions with the business.

 

To be considered for this role it is likely that you will have a knowledge of Tableau and Tableau Prep or an similar data analytics program (Power BI, Webfocus, Celonis). You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and your ability to build sound working relationships internally and externally will ensure your success in this role.
