Data Entry

Your Role

You will be welcomed into a diverse and dynamic team who all specialise in delivering a high level of customer service to key clients, as well as processing high volume orders/ data entry into the database. This is a varied role that also incorporates logistics and invoicing. On a typical day, your duties will include:

• Data entry of new product orders using SAP
• Answer inbound phone calls and deliver a high level of customer service (eg, product question, delivery time, product availability)
• Liaise with logistics partners (3PL) for various reasons eg. estimated time of arrival, tracking number etc
• Process Invoices, Purchase Orders and Credits on behalf of customers

About You

• Previous Administration, data entry or customer service experience
• Previous experience using a CRM or ERP system eg. SAP, EDI, Salesforce, JD Edwards etc
• Accurate and efficient administration skills
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
