Job Description
- Support in the development of weekly analysis, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team
- Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis on marketing opportunities or problem areas
- Support team to develop quarterly forecasting of marketing performance
- Maintain marketing dashboards
- Observe and evaluate trends of marketing efforts and business results
- Provide data visualizations and reports to marketing team and management
- Support in the development of weekly and quarterly reporting updates to internal partners.
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry standard methodologies, trends, and new technologies
Job Requirement
- Be in the final year of relevant academic studies in marketing, communications, business or related fields
- Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week for six months
- Work experience in a data analyst role, or a technology or ecommerce business
- Analytical skills, including ability to conduct research, analysing data and developing hypotheses
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot-tables, V-lookups, graphics)
- Experience using Adobe Analytics or similar analytics platform
- Experience using other analytics/dashboard platforms like Tableau, Microsoft BI, Datorama etc
- Time management and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team members and internal partners.
- Ability to communicate ideas (verbally and in writing)
