Job Description

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Digital Operations Specialist to join us full time in our rapidly growing Digital team. This full time position will report to the Digital Operations Manager and is based in our Global Head Office in Collingwood.

The Digital Operations Specialist sits within the Global Digital Operations team and is responsible for unlocking the Markets’ potential through the success, usage, and continuous improvement of the platforms and processes and in compliance with global governance standards that are at the core of digital.

This role requires the ability to question current state and constantly seek areas for improvement. Other desirable proficiencies include strong communication skills, management and planning skills and the ability to learn and use new systems/processes quickly.

Job Requirement

Working within the Global digital team, you’ll be across both our local ANZ market and our wider regions. To succeed in this role you’ll be a strong team collaborator. You’ll be able to confidently build trusting relationships and have natural influencing skills. You’ll be open minded, adaptable, culturally-astute and thrive when partnering with a variety of stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Business / Digital Business, Digital Law, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in analytics, operations or e-commerce is highly advantageous
Proficient of user of excel and powerpoint
Proven ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholder
Most of all, a curiosity and desire to learn!
