Responsibilities

1. Participate in or be familiar with communication protocol with mobile terminal and communication terminal based on 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technology.
2. Preparing Test plan, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of terminal issues on-site, writing test reports.
3. Interact with infrastructure vendors on a regular basis and provide support on GSM, WCDMA LTE, NR Interoperability issues.
4. Make protocol testing in the Field and support issue triage.
5. The interaction required with Software Application engineers, Software development engineers, and System Design Engineers to ensure timely resolution of terminal issues.

Education requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with 1 years of experience.
2. Master's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering preferred (Under post-graduate).

 

Skills / Experience:

1. Requires knowledge and experience with working on 3GPP protocols (NAS, RRC, RLC/MAC, L1).
2. Interoperability System test experience in the areas of GSMS/WCDMA/LTE/NR and Carrier Aggregation/4*4 MIMO/256 QAM
3. Communication skills in English and Chinese and more languages.
4. Clever, Self-motivated, strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

 

Additional experience (preferred)

1. Experience in infrastructure or terminal protocol testing
2. Experience in operator lab or Field Testing
