Job Description

Delivering robust and accurate budgeting, forecasting and analysis across a broad spectrum including, but not limited to pricing and competitor analysis
Researching and evaluating target companies in depth to make informed recommendations to the executive team
Researching, examining and interpreting data from different sources, understanding the impact on the business and/or investments and presenting this information to key decision makers
Creating detailed market reports and developing and presenting informed recommendations, accurately positioning ideas and proposals and articulating potential risks or benefits for each scenario
Financial modelling and projections in relation to business planning, feasibility analysis, corporate valuations and discounted cash flows
Preparing financial and investment research summaries and investor presentations for external use
Assisting with due diligence on potential investments
Developing financial analysis models to support business case scenarios and financial decisions
An understanding of corporate finance principals and fundamental requirements (Including valuations, complex financial statement interpretation, micro and macro drivers, capital structures and merger and acquisition strategy concepts)
Working closely with the Group CFO and Group CEO

Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects
Well-developed analysis and reporting skills, including financial modelling
Previous experience in investment/financial analysis
Ability to create and facilitate presentations to a high standard
High level of excel and power point skills
