Job Description
- Undertake remediation of confirmed fraud to minimise adverse customer impacts and revenue leakage
- Deriving key insights and common trends in fraud events through root cause analysis
- Uplifting AGL’s fraud management capabilities through process improvement/enhancement
- Daily monitoring and triage of suspicious activity reported by customers and staff
- Detailed investigation of suspicious activity including investigation of account information and customer interactions
- Providing direction to internal stakeholders to minimise ongoing impacts of fraud events
- Liaise with external law enforcement to report instances of fraud and provide key information to support their investigation
Job Requirement
- Experience working in a large business environment preferably in fraud, or equivalent
- Familiarity with risk management, privacy and fraud concepts would be highly regarded
- Inquisitive and curious attitude with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience combined with effective communication skills
- High proficiency using SQL, Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
