Graduate Software Engineer

You will have a passion to create high quality products that meet the needs of our customers. You achieve this through actively contributing and collaborating with team members and supporting specialists in the wider team.

In this role you'll provide programming expertise for modifications and fixes of our Velocity product. You will not just be programming, you will be liaising with customers to understand & analyse their requirements and developing appropriate solutions.

We're looking for people who are quick learners and comfortable engaging in conversation with their teammates and customers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of energy, sound judgement and determination to achieve.
- High attention to detail.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and a passion for programming.
- A good understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- An eye for producing quality code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to travel. Although predominantly based in Melbourne, some travel should be anticipated.
