Job Description
- Acquiring a deep understanding of the organisation’s services, value proposition, technical capabilities, markets we participate in, competitive environment and strategic direction
- Provide day to day support to customers and clients by phone, email, and face to face
- Engage with customers to identify and clarify support issues and determine resolution paths
- Action client tickets, provide appropriate responses, and administer error management processes
- Participate in internal and external professional development to enable your growth and transition into other roles within the team
- Assist with internal business support practices
Job Requirement
- Recently completed tertiary qualifications in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, or similar
- Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry and wonderful customer service skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to use initiative
- The desire to grow and progress your career in a supportive, positive environment
