Job Description
- Talent Management; from talent attraction and acquisition, onboarding, training, succession planning and capability and leadership development.
- Managing the People side of change initiatives to include embedding new technologies and operating models.
- Driving and championing culture across a geographically dispersed group and a variety of operating models.
- Additional HR Projects and initiatives will arise which may include acquisition activity as part of a broad and all encompassing HR generalist remit.

Job Requirement
You will need to be commercially astute and are analytical and can interpret data to drive positive organisational outcomes though relevant and sustainable HR practice with customer experience in mind.
