工作内容：
- 协助各个岗位的招聘过程：简历筛选，面试，及新人的入职培训
- 协助招聘流程，包括发布职位、筛选简历、安排面试和跟进反馈。
- 参与员工关系活动的组织和实施，提高员工满意度和参与度。
- 支持员工培训和发展项目，帮助梳理培训需求、策划培训内容和评估培训效果。
- 协助管理面试安排，面试流程
- 参与任何人事资源项目和计划，支持业务目标
- 维护平台工作机会，以及挖掘更多企业客户
要求：
- 正在攻读或已完成HR相关专业的学位。
- 对人力资源领域有浓厚兴趣，愿意了解和掌握行业最佳实践。
- 良好的书面和口头沟通能力，能够有效地与团队成员和公司其他部门合作。
- 较强的组织和时间管理能力，能够在紧张的工作环境中处理多个任务。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office套件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 具有团队协作精神，能够独立完成工作，也能与团队成员密切合作。
- 有在人力资源或相关领域的实习或工作经验者优先。
- 必须具有在中国工作的合法资格。
