- Workforce planning, recruitment and selection techniques - driving retention
- Under-Performance and misconduct advice, management and training
- Development and training advice including leadership development
- Reviewing and developing policy and procedures
- Managing Human Resource Information System advice and data (Employee Connect)
- Working collaboratively with our Payroll / Finance Team
- Project research, development, planning and execution
