HR Business Partner
Job Description
Reporting into the Head of HR and taking place within the new HR structure, this role will be operationally based. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Area Managers across QLD & the NT to provide support and advice across a broad range of areas including:
- Case management and performance
- Guidance on grievances and processes
- Plan and deliver an onboarding and induction program to ensure positive employee experience
- Facilitate business unit talent review and successional planning processes
- Support enterprise agreement negotiations
- Other HR related projects
- Based in modern offices close to Brisbane City
Job Requirement
To be considered for this role you must have strong operational HR experience gained within a fast paced, commercial business. Ideally Tertiary qualified in HR or related field. You will have strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels, as well as a solid understanding of and the ability to work with multiple awards and agreements.
