Job Description
- Assist with end to end recruitment initiatives, including induction and onboarding activities
- Create and maintain employee files, records and documentation
- Support with global initiatives (projects, training and events)
- Assist with organizing learning and development initiatives
- Support with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (annual/sick leave)
- Assist with general administration duties to support HR function
- Assist HR team with other ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirement
- You will be working towards or recently graduated with a HR Degree and looking to obtain hands-on experience
- A passion for HR and understanding the needs of a global and diverse workforce
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and Word) and be able to pick up new systems easily
