Job Description
- Resolving Level 1 & 2 technical issues
- Install, maintain, and undertake necessary upgrades of all hardware, software, operating systems, and applications
- Troubleshoot system problems and find workable solutions
- Assist in the configuration and optimization of the local network servers in correspondence with Management
- Capable to operate and maintain the Server
- Assess hardware/software needs and manage purchases through the Systems Manager
- Work with the Systems Manager to manage enterprise infrastructure and systems
- Assist administration officer and teacher in daily operational requirements
- Assist students in daily or class activities in related to IT requirements
Job Requirement
- Industry Experience (School) - Previous level 1 experience (less than 2 years) is ideal
- IT graduate (TAFE or University)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge with Windows suite, Server, Networks, Apple School Manager, Ipads
