Job Description
- Conducts associated tasks with respect to internship placements;
- Record and file interview documents and relevant associated documentation
- Liaise with professional year program regulatory bodies
- Develop strong relationships/ partnerships with key stakeholders through the effective and efficient administration and communication of internship placements
- Maintains valid and up to date records
- Support audit activities through accurate production of reports and other key data and metrics in order to support the internship coordinator in meeting quality assurance and compliance requirements
- Completes all other general administration work in relation to internship placements as required
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience within a recruitment and/or internship/ education environment
- Exceptional customer and client management skills with a proven track record to meeting set targets and KPI’s
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- Demonstrated high-level written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization; internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience with international students
